Our Annual Sports Day brings the whole school together for a day of athletics, teamwork and house spirit. Students compete across track and field events, team games and marches, cheered on by parents and teachers. Beyond medals, the day builds resilience, fair play and pride in representing one's house. From the opening parade to the closing ceremony, Sports Day captures the energy that defines student life at SMHS — disciplined, joyful and inclusive for every age group on campus.

Supragnya Annual Day

December 2025

Supragnya, the school's annual day, celebrates creative thinking through music, dance and drama. Students from every stage take the stage to share months of rehearsal and collaboration. Families fill the auditorium as performances weave culture, storytelling and contemporary themes. The evening recognises academic and co-curricular milestones while giving every performer a moment to shine. Annual Day remains one of the most anticipated gatherings in the SMHS calendar — a showcase of talent, confidence and community.

Independence Day Celebrations

15 August 2025

Independence Day at SMHS opens with the flag hoist and national anthem, followed by student speeches, patriotic songs and house presentations. The morning reminds every Suprabhatian of civic duty and shared history while giving younger classes a chance to lead assemblies. Cultural items and campus decorations turn the grounds into a festive classroom of citizenship. Teachers and student council members organise the programme together, modelling leadership that continues long after the celebrations end.
