Admissions Information

Suprabhat Model High School welcomes applications from Nursery to Grade X. We are currently accepting enrolments for the upcoming academic year.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission is offered based on age eligibility as per CBSE norms and availability of seats. Students are placed in the appropriate class based on their age as of 31st March of the admission year.

Instructions for Filling Out the Admission Form

The admission process at SMHS is built to be simple, transparent and personal.

  1. Collect the Prospectus — available at the school office or for online download.
  2. Submit Documentation — a copy of the Birth Certificate, the previous school's Transfer Certificate (TC) and Aadhar details.
  3. Interaction — a friendly meeting with the child and parents to understand the student's needs and interests.
  4. Confirmation — once eligibility is verified, admission is confirmed on fee submission.

Information Session Dates

Open House Saturdays are held on the first Saturday of every month through the admission season, from January to June. Visiting families meet the leadership team, tour the four-acre campus and experience a live Bag Free Day session.

No. There is one campus, located at Nacharam, Hyderabad.

What transport is available?

SMHS operates a minibus pickup and drop service. Routes are updated regularly to meet demand. All vehicles are maintained, and drivers are monitored and tracked. Safety is non-negotiable.

What is the mode of communication in school?

All students are expected to communicate exclusively in English throughout the school day.

What qualifications do teachers hold?

All classroom teachers are fully qualified relevant to their subject and level. Continuous teacher development is a core part of how SMHS operates.

What extra-curricular activities are available?

Students have access to Library, sports events, art and crafts, drama, board games, music and dance clubs and a full range of Bag Free Learning activities every Saturday.
